Polluted air turning 90% of world's children into a health time bomb

A World Health Organisation study has revealed that more than 90% of children in the world are breathing toxic air. These 1.8 billion children, being called the public health time bomb, are being poisoned by polluted air and suffering from problems like asthma, heart disease, low birth weight and poor neurodevelopment. Around 600,000 children in the world have died of acute lower respiratory infection.
