Pro-Khalistan terrorist who killed Beant SIngh sentenced to life imprisonment

The pro-Khalistan terrorist Jagtar Singh Tara, who was jailed for the assassination of former chief Minister of Punjab Beant Singh, was sentenced to life imprisonment on Saturday. Tara confessed to his crime and claims that he does not regret his actions and would continue his battle for the freedom of Sikhs. Tara was sentenced to death after he was found guilty by the court of additional district.
