The Canadian government is likely to name far-right and white supremacist group Proud Boys as a ''terrorist organisation'' following the storming of US Capitol Hill by a pro-Donald Trump mob. “They are white supremacists, antisemitic, Islamophobic, misogynist groups. They’re all hateful, they’re all dangerous,” said Canada's public safety minister Bill Blair. The intelligence agencies are gathering information related to the group.
