Putin may ease Russian passport rules for entire Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to extend a scheme which will make it easier for Ukrainians to acquire Russian citizenship. Earlier he signed a decree which gives people from eastern Ukraine's separatist territories a chance to obtain Russian passports in 3 months. Now he wants to extend the scheme to the entire Ukraine. Ukrainian politicians blame Russia for trying to make Ukraine's territorial divide permanent.
