Railways to recharge phones of passengers for using the plastic bottle crushers

To promote the plastic bottle crushers at the railway stations, railways will help to recharge the phones of the customers if they use the bottle crushers. Railways have issued directives to completely stop using the single-use plastic products from 2nd October onwards. 400 bottle crushing machines will be installed at various stations. At present, 160 bottle crushing machines are available in 128 stations.
