Rampur man asks lockdown helpline for hot Samosas, authorities make him clean drains

The Uttar Pradesh government has setup helpline numbers to come to the aid of the marginalised section affected by the lockdown. A man from Rampur tried to trouble the authorities by repeatedly calling them and asked them for hot Samosas. Irked by this, the Rampur District Magistrate reached at the man's residence and made him clean the drains to teach him a lesson. However, the authorities did gave the man Samosa.
