Refused to read safety instructions card, Air New Zealand removed passenger

A woman had been removed from an Air New Zealand flight after she refused to go through the safety instructions card. According to the witnesses, the woman continues to read her book, when the safe instructions video was playing. Her male companion was also looking at his phone, without looking at the video. When they failed to comply with the crew instructions, they were removed, and police were waiting outside.
