According to a report by ONE Campaign, rich nations have stockpiled over a billion Covid vaccine shots than required. The anti-poverty campaigners called on US and UK to share the excess doses of the vaccine to poorer nations to strengthen the global response against the pandemic. Jenny Ottenhoff, ONE Campaign's senior director for policy, called the stockpiling of vaccines "the embodiment of vaccine nationalism."
