After over two dozen people were confirmed dead and over 200 people got critically injured, investigations into the dastardly violence in North-East Delhi have led to some alarming revelations. A probe that started with the seizure of phones and monitoring of several WhatsApp groups, has revealed how mobilisation was being done. The Whatsapp groups with hundreds of members were asked to bring stones and were told how to attack.
