Well, it may sound surprising to many that bats which are the carrier of deadly viruses that affect humans with Ebola, rabies, and possibly the SARS-CoV-2 strain of virus that causes coronavirus. However, these viruses have not killed bats but humans. And scientists have now explained why Covid-19 is not killing bats, but humans. Unlike humans, bats have developed specific mechanisms and immune system to fight coronavirus.
