Several dogs die in UP after eating dead crows, bird flu scare rises

Amid the nationwide bird flu scare, nearly half a dozen dogs died after eating dead crows that were suspected to have died due to avian influenza. The canines were found dead in the Puranpur area of the Pilibhit district of Uttar Pradesh. This comes after a dozen crows were found dead on Sherpur Road on Thursday. Locals rushed to the spot where the dogs were found dead and informed the animal husbandry department.
