Shocking: Gurugram policeman says girls wearing short dresses should be killed

In a shocking video, the regressive mindset of a policeman was exposed who instead of condemning the rapes and sexual assault of women, blamed the short dresses of women for the rapes. The cop said rapists are not monsters and rapes are consensual as the girls lure them by wearing short dresses, showing tattoo and consuming alcohol. He went on to say that girls who wear short dresses should be killed.
