Sikkim reports its first coronavirus positive case, patient had travelled Delhi

Amid rising number of coronavirus cases in India, Sikkim reported its first Covid-19 case. A resident of south Sikkim, with a recent travel history to Delhi has tested positive for the virus. The Covid-19 patient's swab test was sent to North Bengal Medical College in Siliguri as there are no Covid-19 laboratories in the state yet. Sikkim was the only state in India with no coronavirus case until recently.
