Only a few hours had passed by since the government restored the post-paid mobile services in Jammu and Kashmir, and the authorities have now blocked the SMS services in Kashmir as a "precautionary measure." Post-paid mobile services were restored in the valley after 72 days of communication blackout, following the government's decision of abrogating Article 370 and revoke the special status of Jammu&Kashmir.
