Here is this social media platform, Sokhrates, which lets its user donate for a cause by creating an account and posting. COO of the platform, Marta Esteban said that on this site is just like other platforms one can meet people, post videos and photographs, and chat. The only difference is that they’ll allocate profits to fund projects.
