Soil-less farming technique created by Indian Students that uses 95% less water

Two TERI School of Advanced Studies students have created a community-scale solar-powered hydroponic fodder unit that consumes very little water and is capable of boosting food yields by sixfold when compared to standard methods. They were also given a bronze prize in the Efficiency for Access Design Challenge Grand Final for this. The engineers express their gratitude for promoting renewable energy and affordable solutions.
