States/UTs, including Maharashtra and Delhi, to stay locked down if WHO advisory is followed

While the Central government has lifted certain curbs during the fourth phase of coronavirus-induced lockdown in a bid to restore normalcy despite a steep rise in the number of infections, at least seven states and Union Territories would remain under the lockdown, if the World Health Organization's was followed. WHO advisory says that restrictions should not be lifted if the positive rate is more than 5%.
