Asha Devi, mother of the 23-year-old medical student who was raped and fatally injured by four men on a bus in Delhi in 2012, slammed senior lawyer Indira Jaising for asking her to forgive the convicts. "Who is Indira Jaising to give me such a suggestion? Can't believe how Indira Jaising even dared to suggest such a thing. Just because of people like her, justice is not done with rape victims," she said.
