Sultanpur SP in face cover, made cops chase him to test if they are performing well

This is not the first time that any senior officer planned to break law just to check if the officers are performing their duty well or not. Latest one to do this is Uttar Pradesh's Sultanpur SP, who donned plain clothes and a face cover, tried to jump a barricade in front of cops and started to run when asked to stop, prompting a chase. Unaware of the plan, cops chased him down within minutes and this impressed Shiv Hari Meena.
