Sumo wrestler from Japan offers resignation after he broke Covid19 restriction to visit bar

Abi Masatora, the sumo wrestler from Japan has offered his resignation after he broke the restriction in place due to the Covid19 outbreak by visiting bars during the Grand Sumo Tournament. The Japan Sumo Association said it will discuss the matter at a board meeting on Thursday. The authority is yet to accept Masatora's resignation. Abi pulled out of the tournament after he was found to have visited hostess bars on two occasions.
