Tennessee woman receives driving license with photo of empty chair

In a shocking incident, a woman received her renewed driving license with the picture of an empty chair instead of her own picture. The woman named Jade Dodd, from Centerville, Tennessee had applied for renewing her license online and received it last week. According to the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security, the chair ended up on the license as it was the last photo taken and saved to Dodd’s file
