The chief of United Nations Antonio Guterres has warned that terrorist groups may see window of opportunity to strike while the attention of most governments is turned towards coronavirus. "Weaknesses and lack of preparedness exposed by Covid-19 provide window onto how bioterrorist attack might unfold and may increase its risks," Guterres said. He added that the pandemic may also cause harm to gender equality.
