Those supporting Taliban while advocating secularism in India are hypocrites: Muslim organisation

The Indian Muslims for Secular Democracy, a group of 150 academics, has slammed those supporting the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. While referring to the All-India Muslim Personal Law Board and the Jamaat-e-Islami-Hind, IMSD said those supporting the Taliban and advocating secularism in India at the same time are hypocrites. “Such rank double-standard gives legitimacy to the Sangh Parivar’s agenda for a Hindu Rashtra,” IMSD said.
