A train carrying migrant workers from Maharashtra had to reach Uttar Pradesh, but it stopped in Odisha, far away from it, making migrants worried and angry when they asked why it happened, Railways official said it was proposed like that only. "We have decided to run a few of the Shramik trains on diverted routes. Some trains were diverted for Bihar via Rourkela to clear congestion,"Railways athourity said.
