Twitter temporarily restricts Taliban spokesperson's account over "unusual activity"

The Twitter account of Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid has been temporarily restricted. The microblogging platform restricted Mujahid's account on Sunday. "This account is temporarily restricted. You're seeing this warning because there has been some unusual activity from this account. Do you still want to view it?" a message by Twitter read on opening Mujahid's profile. An option to view the profile was available.
