UK doctors made babies with DNA from 3 people

To help prevent two women from passing on a fatal disease, Britain’s fertility authority has allowed the doctors at a clinic in northeastern England to create babies from the DNA of three people. The problem like energy producing structures outside a cell’s nucleus and faulty mitochondria can be fixed with it. One man and two women’s DNA were used in this procedure and for every individual patient approval is required.
