UN official cites Guru Granth Sahib stanza in short video on gender equality

UN High commissioner on Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet included a stanza from Guru Granth Sahib in a short video issued by him on gender equality on the 4th Anniversary of the United Nations Faith for Rights declaration. The stanza was read by Dr. Iqtidar Cheema. He mentioned how Guru Nanak raised his voice for equal rights for women. The short video by Cheema was launched at a United Nations conference on March 30, 2021.
