Unexploded bomb from World War II found in Berlin; People evacuated from area

From World War II, an unexploded bomb has been found in Berlin during construction work on Friday. After it was spotted, the surrounding area was evacuated for safety purposes. It was a 100-kilogram explosive which was found on a building site adjacent to the Alexa shopping centre and near a train line at the central transport hub of Alexanderplatz. A police bomb disposal squad was called to defuse the bomb.
