US commander says North Korea issues shoot-to-kill orders to prevent the Covid19 spread

According to a United States commander posted in South Korea, the Kim Jong-led North Korean administration has issued shoot-to-kill orders to prevent the coronavirus from entering the country from China. The country has not confirmed even a single case of the deadly pandemic. North Korea's border with China was closed in order to prevent the disease from spreading. Special Operations Forces have been given shoot-to-kill orders.
