US mall in chaos as 'candle thief' sprayed bear repellent on shoppers

According to police in Miami, Florida, a guy stole candles from a mall store and sprayed bear repellant on hundreds of customers before fleeing. The event occurred in the Doral neighbourhood, west of Miami. The robbery occurred in the Bath & Body Works shop. The unidentified guy entered the store, loaded his bag with candles, and began spraying shoppers with bear spray. The event impacted around 35 people, including women & children.
