US to name Houston Post Office after first Sikh-American cop who was killed on duty

A US lawmaker on Friday introduced legislation to name a post office in Houston after the first Sikh-American Police officer Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal, who was killed in the line of duty on September 27. Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher presented the bill in the House of Representatives that proposed the post office located at 315 Addicks Howell Road in Houston be named the "Deputy Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal Post Office".
