Vodafone-Idea customers are very upset with the service provided by the company, users took to their twitter accounts to report that the operator had erroneously deducted Rs 99 from their account for international roaming. Several users mentioned that the money had been deducted even if they had no international travel history. One user wrote: "Have been deducted Rs 99 for international roaming. I haven't requested for it."
