WBCHSE directs schools to promote Class 11 students by July 15

Days after PM Narendra Modi-led panel decided that Class 12 students will be promoted without having to appear for examination in view of Covid-19, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education has asked schools affiliated with it to promote Class 11 students by July 15, 2021. It was decided on April 30 that the annual examinations will not be conducted. Class 10th and 12th exams were cancelled earlier this week in Bengal.
