In a serious case, a pilot on training, flew the plane unconscious for about 40 minutes through controlled airspace as he skipped his breakfast on the day of the flight and couldn't sleep the night before. He was flying above the Adelaide airport in Australia on March 9th when the incident happened. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau report also stated that the aircraft was from the Flight Training Adelaide.
