Woman sexually assaulted by Harvey Weinstein files lawsuit against him

Former production assistant Miriam Haley, who was sexually assaulted by Harvey Weinstein has sued the movie producer. Haley has filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for the pain and suffering from Weinstein. The disgraced movie producer is also convicted of raping onetime aspiring actress Jessica Mann in 2013. 68-year-old Weinstein is appealing his February 24 conviction.
