Woman who accused CJI of Sexual Harassment, Withdraws from Inquiry

The woman who accused chief justice Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment said she was boycotting the 'in-house proceedings' due to serious concerns & reservations. She didn't feel that she got justice from the committee & so she doesn't wish to participate in the 3 judge proceedings. She alleged that the atmosphere was very scary & she was very nervous about being confronted & questioned by the judges in the absence of her lawyer.
