Yes Bank loses case in Allahabad HC, court says won’t interfere in investigation

Allahabad HC refused to interfere in a criminal investigation being carried out by Crime Branch of Gautam Buddh Nagar Police of Uttar Pradesh. Bench of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Subhash Vidyarthi wrote in its order that, “We are of the opinion that the writ jurisdiction should not be exercised to stifle the legitimate investigation.
