Zika outbreak in Jaipur, PMO asks for report

After an outbreak of Zika virus in Jaipur, 22 people have tested positive and a control room has been activated at National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to monitor the situation. The PMO has requested the Health Ministry for a comprehensive report on the situation. The government also has Bihar on alert as one of the Jaipur patients visited his home in Siwan District in Bihar recently to give an exam.
