“Make no mistake, We will be watching what IMF does,” said Pompeo for Pak

On Monday, the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, has notified that the IMF bailout for Pakistan’s new government should not provide funds to pay off loans taken from China. Pompeo will keep an eye on whatever IMF will do. It is reported that Pakistan’s financial officials are looking forward to IMF bailout of up to $12 billion. But as for now, IMF has not received any request for fund arrangement from Pakistan.
