10 MLAs of Sikkim Democratic Front join BJP

In a major boost for BJP, 10 MLAs of Sikkim Democratic Front joined BJP today. All joined BJP membership in the presence of BJP working president JP Nadda and general secretary Ram Madhav. Pawan Kumar Chamling, one of the longest-serving chief ministers of Sikkim and India, party had 15 MLAs in the Sikkim assembly elections out of which 10 MLAs came to BJP. Currently, the state is ruled by the Sikkim Revolutionary Front.
