Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday promised 300 units of free electricity per month if his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) comes to power in Uttarakhand. His visit to Dehradun is crucial in view of the assembly elections in the state next year. While announcing the party's poll promise of free 300 units and others, Arvind Kejriwal said, "In terms of electricity, I guarantee four things. And this is not an election jumla."
