A poll gimmick? PM writes 7.5 cr letters to citizens on Modicare

Ahead of the General Assembly polls, PM Modi has written nearly 7.5 crore 2-page letters to the citizens of the nation mentioning details about PM Jan Arogya Yojana and other flagship schemes. The printing cost of these personalized letters was Rs 15.75 crore. In the letter, he said he too has faced poverty closely and did work to empower poor. While he mentioned his work in a letter, the opposition called it a poll gimmick.
