A tea vendor sent PM Modi Rs 100 to get his beard shaved

Anil More, the owner of a modest tea stall, mailed PM Modi a money order for Rs 100, requesting that the latter remove his beard, according to an interview by Lokmat. The New Indian Express also cited him stating that, "The PM must ensure that people are free of their suffering created by the past two lockdowns." More pressed him to provide Rs 5 lakh and Rs 30000 in financial aid to families affected by the shutdown.
