The Joe Biden administration had to face the heat of the activists opposing the $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline who blamed the President for not walking the walk after the oil was allowed to flow as the impact report was pending. "Today was the day to see whether this rhetoric was going to be matched with action and they fell short,” Jan Hasselman, attorney for Earthjustice group said after a judge refused to close the pipeline.
