After donating more than Rs 100 for Kerala flood fund, get receipt of Rs 3

Many PayTm users have been sharing screenshots on Social Media about the amount they have donated in the Kerala Chief Minister flood fund and the receipt they received from the govt. Some people donated Rs2,000 or Rs 1,000 but the receipt showed the amount was Rs 3. However, the officials of the relief fund has responded saying it is not PayTm's fault, but a technical glitch which caused delivery of wrong receipts.
