"Just because some company in some form mentioned Rahul Gandhi, a British citizen, he will become a British citizen?" says CJI Ranjan Gogoi while dismissing a petition against Congress president Rahul Gandhi, which alleges that he holds citizenship of 2 nations, India and Britain. The petitioners asked to ban Rahul from contesting in the Lok Sabha election as he has British citizenship.
