Aung San Suu Kyi booked for violating colonial-era Official Secrets Act

Amid the increasing incidents of violence and military-led emergency in Myanmar, deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been charged with breaking a colonial-era Official Secrets Act. Myanmar's top leader has been detained along with her other members of her National League for Democracy since the coup. She was previously accused of several minor offences including illegally importing six handheld radios.
