A Bihar teen sought President's permission to end his life over distress due to strained relations between parents. President's office had forwarded the letter to PMO. The PMO has directed the district authorities to conduct a probe & take necessary actions. The 15-year-old boy currently lives in Jharkhand with his father, who is a govt employee and his mother, who is also a govt employee posted in Patna.
