BJP Candidate asks supporters to cast fake votes if people are absent

BJP's UP candidate Sanghmitra Maurya asked supporters to opt for fake voting in case actual people are absent or unable to cast their vote. She tells that all votes should be cast; fake voting happens everywhere if you get a chance take advantage of the situation. She then laughs & says you can do it secretly. However, Mitra told the video is edited & cropped, she won't encourage anyone to fo farzi work.
