BJP launched its campaign's 3 theme songs-'Kaam karne wali sarkar, imaandar sarkar, bade faisle lene wali sarkar & the main song- phir ek baar modi sarkar'. Congress too launched its campaign for LS polls with a song 'Ab hoga Nyay,' implying the injustice that the country had to go through under the BJP rule. Jaitley took a jibe on Congress' manifesto saying it didn't have anything for the middle class.
